Congratulations on being awarded a grant from Maryland Humanities!

You have tasks ahead to reach the goals of your project — and you will likely have questions about your grant along the way. We’ve gathered resources and frequently asked questions to help guide you through the life of your grant: from crediting requirements and marketing your event, to planning surveys and gathering evaluation data during, and compiling your final report at the end of the project.

  • “Without support from Maryland Humanities, we never could have put together an exhibit and programming at this scale. This support allowed us to cover many more writers, artists and musicians in the exhibit than we otherwise could have done.
