The La Plata Book Discussion is for those who love reading books that cover a wide variety of genres and themes. Participants can suggest titles and then vote on the books that will be read. Come join the fun on the second Thursday of the month!
In September we will discuss the Maryland Humanities One Maryland One Book selection for 2024, What Storm, What Thunder by Myriam J. A. Chancy. Recommended for ages 18+. This meeting will be hosted in person. 6:30 – 6:45 is social time; book discussion runs from 6:45 – 7:45
