The Power of Stories in Healthcare
Tracy Granzyk has a background in filmmaking and now works at the nexus of healthcare and storytelling as the Founder and Director of the Center for Healthcare Narrative at the MedStar Institute for Quality and Safety. We awarded the Institute a grant this Spring to fund Please See Me, a healthcare-themed literary journal: Granzyk serves as Please See Me's Editor-in-Chief. Works in the journal come from patients, healthcare workers, caregivers, and more. She wrote here about the power of stories in healthcare.

Weaving a New Narrative at Towson University and Beyond
Molly Cohen is a graduate of the Department of Theatre Arts at Towson University. With Towson Professor Julie Potter, she worked on What Were You Wearing? Weaving a New Narrative. The installation aims to dismantle the ideology behind the question asked of many sexual assault survivors: “Were you attacked because of how you were dressed?”  Molly takes the reader through the process of the installation, from conception to its presence on Towson’s campus and elsewhere.
